This may be the best ever of the Spalding irons. They were produced for only 2 years beginning in 1990. The heads are finished in dark gray, a progressive offset, deep cavity at heel side for enhanced weight distribution with toe emphasis, and a notch in the back like the parallax irons. The irons are generally low profile, small headed. This matched set has heads with extra-fine backs, light sole and face scratching with the exception of the 4 iron which has slightly more abrasion on the toe of the face. Fine Steel Spalding Jet Step light Medium shafts have very good chrome sparkle and minimal step dulling; all bands including S/N bands are intact and good. Very fine and soft Spalding Professional Golf Pride gray tint rubber grips. 5 iron 38".
