One of the best Northwestern designs. Refurbed brass head will darken to deep orange/gold. Northwestern was right behind Mizuno with the open back large geometry
putterheads. A proper head strike has a solid, loud click. Extra dividend is the double diameter (thick-skinny-one step) shaft used in putters and woods of this model;
the
woods and irons had a more tapered one step which was patented and branded 'Power Kick'.
From the head the shaft is a uniform .3" diameter. About 6" up, the shaft expands to .5" and stays uniform thru the butt.
Northwestern is a dealer brand with intuitive designs equal to the most expensive, highly promoted competitors. New Griptec pistol grip. 34 1/2"..
